My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from St. Mary's College. Inspired by my husband's work in real estate and general contracting, I pursued my passion by earning real estate, appraiser, and broker licenses all in the same year. From there, I founded CK Appraisals and quickly built a loyal client base through referrals.
As the real estate market shifted in 2006, I adapted by launching CK Real Estate, specializing in assisting distressed property owners. Over the years, I have consistently invested in my education—attending classes, conferences, and networking events to refine my skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
For me, success is built on grit, careful planning, and unwavering dedication. I am fully committed to helping my clients make the best decisions for their real estate needs.
